Lecture & Panel Discussion: “Building A Sustainable Japanese Canadian Society With Cooperation Between Businesses, Permanent Residents And Temporary Residents”

On March 8th, Association Professor Ms. Etsuko Kato, who has examined Japanese immigration trends in Canada for many years, spoke on this subject.  The lecture was followed by a Panel Discussion with panelists representing several different generations of Japanese-Canadian residents based in Vancouver.

With approximately 90 attendees, this event was also in part held to celebrate the 25th Year Anniversary of Vancouver Japanese Business Association (Kiyukai).
