Dear Members, We hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued understanding and support of the activities of our Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce was held at Al Porto Ristorante in Gastown on Friday, September 27th, starting at 5:00 PM.
Following the annual general meeting, Consul Keiji Hisada of the Consulate-General of Japan in Vancouver gave a speech, followed by a speech by our Honorary Director Gary Matson that included the history of the Chamber of Commerce. A social gathering then took place, where participants enjoyed a delicious dinner at the renowned restaurant Al Porto while engaging in lively conversation.

We are happy to announce that JCCOC's 20th AGM held at Al Porto Ristorante, Gastown Vancouver was a successful and inspiring gathering thanks to members' support and participation.
After the annual general meeting, Consul Keiji Hisata from the Consulate General of Japan in Vancouver gave a greeting. Following that, Gary Matson, our honorary director, delivered a speech that touched on the history of the Chamber of Commerce followed by a social gathering. Participants enjoyed a delightful dinner at the renowned Al Porto restaurant, engaging in lively conversations.
For those of you who unfortunately were unable to attend, the Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce will continue its efforts in various fields such as business, tourism, culture, education, and sports, under the slogan "Connecting Japan and Canada," to provide meaningful experiences for our members and contribute to the promotion of relations between Japan and Canada.
With Chairman Sammy Takahashi at the helm, all of us, including the board members, are determined to engage in a wide range of activities with enthusiasm. We would greatly appreciate your continued support and cooperation with the Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce.
JCCOC has been in charge of a variety of events, activities, and interactions in order for its members to accelerate meaningful businesses as well as for the two countries to explore and consolidate the ties on multiple levels of business, tourism, culture, education, sports, and more.
We would greatly appreciate your continuous support and participation to the JCCOC chaired by President Sammy Takahashi, and all directors.
