(Scheduled to be held on February 15, 2026 / Vancouver time)
We'll introduce Pilates, an exercise that anyone can easily do regardless of age or gender, while you sample some healthy sweets!
~Pilates~ 🧘
Pilates is an exercise that helps restore a body that tends to become accustomed to discomfort to its natural state, allowing you to feel gradual changes in your body without overexerting yourself. On the day of the event, we will share the philosophy behind developing a body that can "keep moving" in everyday life, along with the appeal of Pilates, through short demonstrations.
~Sweets~ 🍓
The ingredients are mainly nuts and fruits! You'll be enjoying sweets made with miso and matcha!
Whole foods. Gluten-free, sugar-free.
Since it's plant-based (100%), vegetarians and vegans are welcome!

✉️Message from Junho:
I have been practicing classical ballet for over 20 years.
In the world of ballet, weight and body shape management are very strict.
I measured the amount of food I ate every day, and sweets were basically off-limits.
But I loved sweets. I really wanted to eat them, but I resisted.
I get stressed and sometimes I eat, and then I feel a strong sense of guilt afterward.
I've had that experience many times.
"I wish there was a dessert that I could enjoy without feeling guilty."
I often wonder how much of a lifesaver it would have been if, during my ballet days, there had been a dessert that didn't strain my body, provided nutrition, and even satisfied my soul.
So I made the sweets that I truly wanted back then.
People who are also suffering from similar feelings of patience and guilt,
Enjoy sweets with peace of mind.
