This seminar began with a lecture by architect Kimihisa Ito, who explained that while the evaluation of a building tends to focus on its outward appearance,A house with superior performance offers safety, durability, and comfort.In addition to maintaining health,The presentation explained the significant role that energy conservation and environmental protection play, and how Vancouver aims to become the world's most environmentally friendly green city by 2020.
In the panel discussion, the external structure of the building (By renovating the building envelope,How much the building's performance will improve, according to experts in the construction industry (designer Kimihisa Ito, and construction engineers Toshiyuki Oiwa and Naoki Shibasaka,(Energy conservation advisor Masaharu Yoshitake, mortgage advisor Heidi Hamano)They attended the meeting, where we provided specific explanations and advice.
