Would you like to learn about seasonal fish from a former auctioneer at Tsukiji Market?
Takuya Hikita, who received the Young Entrepreneur Award at the Kazuko Komatsu Awards of the Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce last year, is a fish expert who, after more than 10 years of experience as an auctioneer at Tsukiji Market, now provides delicious and diverse Japanese fish to the Vancouver area. He will share stories about Tsukiji, one of the world's leading fish markets, as well as seasonal fish and how to enjoy them. We encourage you to participate.
