Amidst soaring real estate prices, a seminar on real estate—currently the hottest topic in Greater Vancouver—was held on February 28th, organized by the Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce. Approximately 40 people, including both members and non-members of the Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce, gathered at the JTB venue and listened attentively to each speaker. The Q&A session was also lively, with many participants actively seeking opinions from industry specialists.

Mortgage specialist Hamano introduced the advantages of using the service and the wide variety of mortgage products available.
The impact of plot changes on real estate investment
Mr. Cadwall gave a speech on the impact of urban planning on property prices, including the example of Greater Vancouver.
Trends and future of the real estate market
Mr. Murakami explained future trends in the real estate market using a graph of average real estate prices from the past.
Real Estate Investment Patterns and Case Studies
Finally, Mr. Nakatani gave a presentation on real estate investment methods and characteristics, including photos and real-world examples.
