第３回目となるUBCでのお魚イベント”Edomae in Summer 2023”を7月30日(日曜日)に開催いたします！

Join us at Edomae in Summer on Sunday, July 30 at 11:30 am.
Co-organized by JCCOC and JETAABC, the former Tsukiji auctioneer, Mr. Hikita, will give a presentation on Giant Kelp and Its Ecosystem.
The event will also include tips on thawing sashimi and a demonstration on preparing rice for seafood rice bowls (Kaisen don). Participants can enjoy a mini kaisen don while listening to the presentation.
