On August 2, 2012, the 9th Annual General Meeting was held at the Coast Plaza Hotel.
Following the annual general meeting, there was a lecture by Keisuke Tsujimoto, Director of JOGMEC (Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation), followed by the customary networking reception. Participants enjoyed a refreshing summer evening on the patio, savoring delicious food and engaging in lively conversation.
