"MY HOMETOWN"Jackie F., originally from Delta, British Columbia, has lived in Nagano Prefecture for many years.Steel-san visited a sake brewery nestled between the Japanese Alps in southern Nagano Prefecture.
"Senjo" has been brewing sake in the Ina Valley for nearly 160 years.Jackie introduced us to the inner workings of the sake brewing company that his family has run for generations.I met with President Takashi Kurokouchi to discuss current production and innovation, as well as sake and local products.I'll try pairing some unusual delicacies.
Registration is free, and the session will be conducted in a mix of English and Japanese.
